Our dynamic Inside Sales team is looking for motivated reinforcement as soon as possible. As an Inside Sales Manager (all genders), you are a crucial part of our sales success. You will acquire new customers for our innovative consulting, software and digital marketing services in the DACH region. You will use your strong communication skills and sales talent to identify potential customers, conduct initial discussions and create customized offers. In close cooperation with your colleagues, you will drive the entire sales process forward and thus ensure the sustainable growth of the TWT Group.

Your mission

  • Taking over a fixed account portfolio of enterprise customers and customers in the SME sector
  • Independent research, identification and approaching of decision-makers
  • Presentation of TWT services (consulting, software solutions and digital marketing communication services and solutions by email and via social media as well as by telephone
  • Taking on marketing leads and targeted placement of follow-up activities.
  • Identification of customer requirements and needs, comparison with the TWT performance and service portfolio
  • Initiating and closely monitoring the bidding process to ensure that bids are submitted on time and in the correct form
  • Close cooperation with the TWT business units and management

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in telephone customer contact management
  • Proven experience in cold calling and direct approach of medium-sized companies up to group size
  • Familiar with dealing with demanding corporate customers and enjoy inspiring and winning over customers
  • Targeted and sustainable pursuit of sales opportunities as well as confident refutation of objections and benefit-oriented argumentation
  • Practiced handling of digital media
  • Sociability, determination and focus on closing deals
