Help shape the future! Our interdisciplinary Business Development team is looking for reinforcement. As a Business Development Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for the sale of consulting, software solutions and digital marketing communication services in the DACH region. As a direct contact for the management, you will be part of a dynamic unit that works closely together and plays a key role in driving the growth of the TWT Group.

Your mission

  • Acquiring leads and new customers for digital and technology solutions in the pharma, life science and healthtech sectors (e.g. medical devices / DiGA) 
  • Representation and positioning of TWT at decision-maker level and in relevant industry-specific networks and organizations 
  • Management of the bidding process and pitches in close cooperation with our expert teams
  • Conducting presentations and workshops in an advisory sales role
  • Promotion of our B2B service offerings - internally and for external lead generation
  • Identifying market trends and the needs of our customers and deriving measures to strengthen our market position and sales opportunities 
  • Close cooperation with the management as well as the sales, marketing and delivery team

Your profile

  • Completed university degree or comparable training
  • Several years of experience as a business development/sales manager or similar position
  • Sound expertise in the sale of IT and digital agency services 
  • Proven success with project sizes in the healthcare sector from € 200,000 
  • Resilient network in the healthcare sector (pharma, life science, medical technology, digital health) and regulated environment
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Charismatic and positive personality
  • Passion for building long-term business relationships
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and perseverance in longer sales cycles
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
