Your mission
- Management and control of software projects for the development of innovative, technically sophisticated medical products (medical software and apps/DiGAs)
- Proactive consulting and support for our customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market
- Close, interdisciplinary collaboration with software engineers, UI/UX designers, test team, quality management and our customers
- Management of time, costs, project scope and customer relationships
- Application of agile processes based on the needs of our customers
- Creation, management, maintenance and prioritization of the product backlog in collaboration with our customers
- Implementation of sprint planning and reviews
Your profile
- Completed studies in an information technology or medical/scientific degree program or comparable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical and healthcare market
- Practical experience in agile methodology
- High motivation to develop complex products together in a team
- Strong organizational skills, independence as well as a sense of responsibility and customer orientation
- An eye for the essentials, quick comprehension, clear communication and prioritization skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
