A new website out of the laboratory
As a leading specialty chemicals company, LANXESS positions itself as a driver of innovation and digitalisation. However, the old corporate website no longer met the high demands for engaging content presentation and user-friendly maintenance. Our task was to develop a solution for LANXESS based on cutting-edge web technologies combined with forward-thinking features.

As a gold-certified Sitecore Competence Centre, we were able to offer all services for the execution of this digitalisation project from a single source and implement them in a closely integrated manner. Starting from consultancy, strategy, and conceptualisation to the implementation, hosting, and maintenance of the Sitecore Experience Platform.
In an intensive workshop phase, we evaluated needs, goals, and challenges with stakeholders from the project team, editorial staff, and the corporation. We further refined the resulting requirements for the new corporate website during assessments of the development environment.
Key to the success of the global roll-out were: consulting on an equal footing with various stakeholders, our technical expertise to meet needs, meticulous planning, and the trustful exchange between the client and TWT. This close collaboration continues to this day, with new measures continuously developing.
Based on the Sitecore Experience Platform, we delivered a high-performance and scalable corporate website for LANXESS. New microsites and landing pages for innovations can be published flexibly and accompanied by targeted marketing efforts. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment enable short time-to-market cycles. In parallel, the new intranet serves as an accelerator and digital hub for the LANXESS Performance Culture "Formula X" and all topics related to corporate culture.
